JW Benson Full Hunter Pocket Watch

A fine early 20th century full hunter pocket watch in 18ct gold, with a London made ‘The Bank’ jewelled movement, numbered R2769, made and sold by J W Benson of Ludgate Hill, in an engine turned hunting case with a vacant circular cartouche to the centre of the front, gold covers and cuvette and hallmarked for London 1928, and in a dark red leather case with dark blue velvet lining, marked to the inside of the cover with the retailers name and address. Fully working and winding well.
